UMCOR Emergency Relief: Chignik Fisheries Economic Disaster

Stood up a project management office for the emergency response to the Chignik Fisheries Disaster; built and deployed a logistics management platform on Smartsheet to coordinate the delivery of emergency relief goods and supplies to several remote villages, integrating emergency relief coordinators in multiple remote sites with COSTCO warehouse staff and management in WA State and Alaska; provided accounting and grants administration for $1 million in United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) funding, serving 186 households and 496 household members affected by the fisheries disaster in both Alaska and WA State.
