Margaret Hennessey Springe, PMP
Margaret Springe, PMP, has over 12 years of project management experience, including federal government contracting practices and working with American Indian and Alaska Native communities. In her role as SAMHSA Project Manager, she provides leadership and guidance for successful execution of federal contract requirements for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She is responsible for reviewing and authorizing contract expenses, labor allocation, and overall monitoring of program budget to ensure the program stays within budget while progressively spending down. She also develops project management tools for stakeholders to increase efficiency, organization, and transparency.
