Gena Tran is the Shared Services Director at Three Star Government Solutions, LLC (3SGS), where she leads contract compliance, business development, and staff training initiatives, bringing more than 20 years of experience in grants management, program development, and organizational leadership across tribal, nonprofit, and public sector organizations

She has secured over $18 million in funding for facility improvements and culturally responsive education and social service programs, helped create 35 new full-time positions within five years, and supported the development of data tracking and distribution systems to manage millions in federal funds for Native youth and families in Fairbanks, AK.

Her expertise includes proposal development and administration, compliance, risk management, policy development, and delivering technical assistance and training.

Gena holds a degree in International Relations with a minor in Economics from Lynchburg College, where she graduated summa cum laude.
